Sustainably Built

Parkway Place incorporates a number of green features throughout the residences as well as in the many amenity areas in the building. Within units, you will be happy to find all Energy Star rated appliances & water efficient plumbing fixtures including, faucets, shower heads, and toilets. Most apartments are served by a high efficiency furnace connected to a Wifi, smart thermostat from NEST &  LED supported light fixtures can be found throughout.

Amenity areas in Parkway Place also make use of Energy Star appliances, water saving plumbing fixtures, and LED supported lighting. In addition, outdoor areas make use of ample landscaping supported by efficient irrigation systems.

Throughout the building there are low VOC finishes. Exterior walls of the building have increased insulation thicknesses to achieve a more efficient building envelope which helps mitigate heat loss – which results in lower energy bills. The building parking garage includes multiple stalls set up for electrical charging with the ability to increase that number based on the demand.
